A large portion of our business is focused on selling Domestically grown Organic Citrus grown in Arizona, California, and Texas. Having "Hand-Picked" our network of Organic Family growers, we are able to offer Tree-Ripened, Packed-to-order citrus. This ensures our fruit is picked at it's ripest point and shipped out immediatly to allow the end consumer to taste what a tree-ripened piece of fruit should taste like. Our growers are Certified Organic and meet the USDA's stringent certification process. As a handler, we also meet the necessary requirements and are board certified by GOCA to pack and ship certified organic produce.
Our California fruit is limited at this moment to selling only Tangerines, specifically the Ojai Pixie Tangerines. This fruit is grown in the Ojai Valley by a network of 28 growers. They produce a fruit that in my opinion is "pound for pound", the best Tangerine offered on the market today. Clearly better than the spanish clementine and the shelf life is unmeasurable. These are seedless, not sprayed, not certified organic, but infact are pesticide free, and never shipped under a 13% brix level. We're proud to say that we have been offered this chance to distribute this product to our select customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Our Texas Grapefruit, all grown in the valley, is once again a family owned and operated grove that produces beautiful Rio Red's and Rio Star Grapefruit. There is no comparison in our minds to the Grapefruit that is available from the Valley. Our supplier, whom we keep anonymous, has packed some of the best tasting grapefruit this season. Unlike the fruit produced in Florida, this fruit not only has the sweet taste, but also the clean eye appeal, something that the Florida fruit lacks.
Our Arizona citrus is grown by a family owned and operated grove. Proprietors, David and Kevin Mittendorf have been growing citrus for over 50 years and take great pride in their groves and the product that is harvested from their trees. "We have been seeking a west coast supplier for over two years and finally found the right fit for us" say's co-owner Steve Hayko. By having a supplier on both the East and West coast, we are able to supply areas that prohibit sales of Florida citrus due to government restrictions or high transportations costs to almost all 52 U.S. states.

COMPLIANCE:
As a member of Customs Trade Patrnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and ACE, the commercial trade processing system being developed by Customs and Border Patrol to facilitate legitimate trade and strengthen border security, we assure that the products we import into the U.S.A. are safe and compliant with government regulations. Our commitment to consumer health is a major priority for us. We are a Direct-filer whereas many other importers use a customs house broker. By being a "Direct Filer", we have greater control over the import process, our supply chain (which can result in lower costs), more consistent compliance, less risk of non-compliance and a lower cost per entry. Who knows the product we import better than us?
